Brief description: This is the guideline on how to establish Youth Development Centre, where adolescents and young people would be able to spend their spare time productive, provide with availability to access information, which was written for youth social workers and school heads. Based on this guideline, “Development Centers” were established in 17 schools in rural and urban areas and have been run its activities successfully.

Brief description: This book was developed by United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and World Organization of Scout Movement (WISN) that are the biggest youth organizations of the world. The context of the book is comparison of past and current situation of the young people in the countries, which made social changes, such as post communist countries and Eastern European countries. The book addresses the negative and positive effects of young people’s life, who are living in changing societies and indicates how did they expected these social changes and provides some examples of overcoming these changes.


7. Name: “Possession of life skills on prevention from alcohol for adolescents and youth”
